-All bookings are final. We have very limited availability  so after 48 hours once the slot is sold, please there is no “change of mind”. If the baby is ill and unable to attend on the day of the session, the credit for another session on later date (not a refund) will be offered.

No refunds or credits will be given for “no shows”.
